So You Think You May Want a Bulldog?

Bulldogs are traditionally known as intimidating and highly protective animals. Although bulldogs do make great guard dogs they are also very loving and affectionate animals and can be very gentle with others despite their appearance. These chunky pups usually will grow to be about sixty pounds and live around ten years. No really athletic animals, bulldogs are the perfect breed of dog for someone who wants to have a dog, but isn't really heavy into exercising. Bulldogs don't traditionally job, but can be taken on walks with their owners. Bulldogs traditionally will get along well with friends and family who may visit, but tend to be aggressive toward other pets in the same home. Bulldogs are great with children, and can make a wonderful addition to your family. Bulldogs will however need to be cleaned regularly to prevent infection in their wrinkles and will often get arthritis and eye problems later in life.
