Description: Affenpinschers are the smallest of the pinschers and schnauzers. They are a well balanced, little, wiry-haired terrier-like toy dog whose intelligence and demeanor make them a good house pet. A comical face earned them their name. In Germany the name means monkey-like terrier. In France the Affenpinscher is described as the diablotin moustachu or the moustached little devil.
